Clearly the employees where overwhelmed but they did an amazing job at communicating and taking care of me, great team!!

Even though the wait was long, the staff at this urgent care were incredibly caring and attentive. People need to understand that at times staff don’t show up to work, which makes it much harder for the team members who are there and doing their best. Patience goes a long way. It’s easy to leave a bad review, but if you were still seen and received care, that should count for something. Once I was seen, I felt listened to, treated with compassion, and well taken care of. I was very satisfied with the care I received and truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff who showed up and worked hard despite the challenges

The care was great, there was a bit of a wait due to low staff but I was made aware as soon as I got there. I was also given the option to wait in my car. The whole team did an amazing job at communicating from beginning to end. I would much rather wait here for less than 2 hours and pay my flat fee than for anywhere else with longer wait times and surprise bills.

Absolutely blown away by my experience at Lanier Urgent Care in Gainesville! I’m new to the area and so thankful I chose this place. I showed up at 6:58 (not realizing they close at 7), and not a single person made me feel rushed — everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Gezelle at the front desk was an absolute gem — super friendly and helped me navigate my new insurance like a pro, amazingly kind, and even though I had a lot of questions she never got frustrated with me and was beyond kind and loving in every single way! I was called back almost immediately by Jay, who was so calm, kind, and reassuring — if you ever need blood work, ask for him! I have very difficult veins and he got it on the first try. Which NEVER HAPPENS!!! The PA, Madison, was also amazing — sweet, professional, and truly made me feel cared for. She put me at ease before I had an x-ray and explained the process of everything to me in a very simple way, and also explained the medication that she sent in for me as well as any side effects that I may have and also told me never to feel like a burden if I need to call the office back with any issues with the medication. From start to finish, this office and staff made what could’ve been a stressful visit into such a smooth, positive experience. ✨ Highly, highly recommend! This place is a gem — I’ll absolutely be back! Forget going to NGPG! This place puts them to shame!

Dr. Perry and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed from start to finish. Dr. Perry took his time with me and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. He is a very good person, you can tell. Great doctor! Thank you to all of you. Emily

My husband and I recently brought our 5-year-old son here after he cut his lip open at school. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They examined him right away and explained everything clearly. Because of his age, they determined that they weren’t able to provide the treatment he needed at this location. Instead of just turning us away, they took the time to recommend other options where he could get the proper care. On top of that, they refunded our co-pay without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated.

I have been there multiple times and it’s great the staff is very patient and helpful!! They make you feel welcomed.

It was my first time coming into this clinic and the front receptionist Jimena was extremely helpful and sweet she answered all the questions I asked! Overall a Great experience!
