Going to the doctors is never something you look forward to. Your best hope is to be treated by a pleasant staff and an accommodating medical professional who is willing to answer all your questions and explain them in terms you understand. Gwinnett Urgent Care provided that experience for me. It all begins at the reception desk. Andrea and Daisy were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They handled me with care and understanding. I had a previous billing issue that was quickly resolved by both of them. Their medical assistants are top-notch. I can’t say enough about the medical assistant who took my vitals and the nurse who administered a shot. Even the next day follow-up call with another medical assistant, Holly, was pleasant and professional. The service I received from the PA, Dylan, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything about my health situation and the best course of action. He took the time to answer all my questions and offered additional suggestions beyond the necessary prescriptions. The entire staff created a pleasant experience out of going to see a doctor!

I visited the hospital with a dog bite on my arm. Within 20 minutes, I was seen by the entire team, including the receptionist, doctor, nurse, and assistant. They were all incredibly kind and understanding, and I truly appreciate their attention and care.

Went in with some of the worst pain I’ve ever had in my life. They were extremely patient and kind to me. They were very fast when attempting to relieve my pain, and when The nurse realized I would have to go to the ER instead, She filled out some paperwork to help me get in a little bit quicker. Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care.

I’ve been here several times and have always had a great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Perry and the sweet dogs today as well.

Exceptional and compassionate care from the get go. The front desk staff, Daisy and Andrea were very professional and efficient. Sejla, the medical assistant is so fun and skilled at what she does. She eased my son’s anxiety and made sure to provide him with an ice pack to place on the injection site. Madison, the PA was very sweet and kept us informed about everything. Gwinnett Urgent care has been our family’s urgent care provider for some years now. THANK YOU!!!
