Friendly, fast, and very informative.

4/14/21 This was my first time using Lanier Urgent Care and I was very impressed. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't wait any longer than 15 minutes to go back. The tech was caring and the Dr took care of me right away. I will use then as my Urgent Care Clinic anytime that I need one.

I would love to now brag on this office! Dr. Perry personally called me to discuss my situation at his office yesterday. People make mistakes and I understand that. Our situation was taken care of and I couldn't be more thankful of the way this was handled. Dr. Perry you run a tight ship and I can now say that my family will be back! 🙂 I have used Lanier Urgent Care several times in the past and have been impressed with the staff, however, when I took my daughter yesterday we were met with an unprofessional and immature doctor (Dr. London). I was asked why I was making "a face" when I was listening to my daughter describe her symptoms and my daughter was called "a chicken" when she refused a COVID test. The doctors office is the last place you should be judged or berated. I am very disappointed in their care and WILL NOT BE BACK!

Great atmosphere ! Fast, friendly and very professional!

I've been coming here since 2008. I love the staff, providers, and the dogs. I miss seeing Ruckus during my visits, but Rowdy and Sherlock are both amazing and make visiting the doctor a treat rather than so much of a chore. I am usually in and out of the office in less than an hour and most of the time in under 30 minutes. If you have a sinus infection ask your provider for the fantastic nose spray they make. It really helps!

This place provided prompt service to me by the best team of folks that I have ever been to in any state. It didn’t feel like it was an urgent care facility. It felt like I was going to a place filled with old friends. Nice folks that provide the best care. You can bet I will be returning anytime I have a physical ailment on a weekend.

Incredibly polite, patient, kind, & caring staff...The young man who did my blood test was the BEST...the physician was so great too...She answered all my concerns with patience & professionalism...This at the end of a long busy day...So impressed!

What a great team! Every person I came in contact with had such a great attitude. They had a clear process, and communicated that clearly with me as well. It made a usually frustrating and confusing visit in other care facilities a great experience. Thanks for being awesome and actually caring enough to show it!
