Great experience at this facility! People were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Especially Jailene at the front desk! You could tell she has a knack for helping patients feel welcome. Even when she explained that Blue Cross was difficult to reach on a Sunday and I would need to pay the full cost of the visit. Which I am sure is NEVER a pleasant conversation to have with a patient. She did it with the style and grace of a “seasoned professional”. She is the main reason my experience was a great one! The facility is beautiful, and the entire team was great! If I ever have another need for Urgent Care…. I will definitely go back here!

I was there twice, once for my first ever gout attack in like October 2021 and today for a nagging cough. Both times I started feeling better almost instantly, and was back in action within a little while. They have the best Dr and staff. By the way I never write reviews.

Gwinnett Urgent Care is ULTRA professional and the staff are warm, efficient and friendly. Every time I've visited, I had the same pleasant experience. Special kudos to Jenny & Jaliene at the front desk for making my experience great!!!

This is about the third time I have needed urgent care close to home. All of the times I have used Gwinnett Urgent Care I have gotten in quickly and had the problem resolved. It is nice to have this option if I need it.

I came here for a l road bike accident I had. The service here was excellent, very compassionate, professional, friendly, attentive, I can continue. That’s how great my experience was. Dr. Dixon, Jordan and Lexi you guys Rock! Continue putting a smile on your patients faces. I was not there for the best situation but you guys made me feel sooo much better. Thank you.

Very fast, kind, and efficient staff from the front desk to the medical assistant, and the PA I saw!! Definitely will recommend and return if needed

My daughter needed a clean Covid test in a hurry for an event she was attending. We were able to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call, head in and get our results quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful, the location is convenient, clean and modern. We would definitely go back for urgent care needs!

I am James Butler and this was my first visit to your care facility. I had a deep laceration on my left knee and with BP meds I was a bleeder!never in a life time have I been cared for so professional kindness and treated like a patient instead of a number!the physician and her assistant did a great job in sewing me up and no bleeding at all!you 2 young ladies know who I am writing this to and I know you have a great career ahead of you! I like to thank you both and would not hesitate to come back there !!!To the Dr.in charge,what a great staff you have!!!The 2 physicians should be accommodated for there professionalism,kind and we had a great time together even with the severity of the situation!thanks again ladies for your great work and of course I lost the paper with your names on it!!😂😂keep up the good work!James Butler

One of the very best urgent cares I've been to! I called around Gwinnett County to ask urgent cares if they could assist me with a ring stuck on my finger. None of the surrounding urgent cares had a ring cutter, except for GWINNETT COUNTY URGENT CARE!!! 😃 Thank God. They were able to get my ring off in less than 3-4 minutes (and trust me, I tried everything at home to get it off. It was stuck for more than 24 hours, not budging, and affecting circulation). The Healthcare team was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. The wait time was very short at the day/time I went (a weekday at 5:30pm ish). The doctor Dr. Dickson/Dickinson was great, as well as the receptionists and Taylor. Thank you! If I need to return to a urgent care, this is the first one I'd consider!
