I would love to now brag on this office! Dr. Perry personally called me to discuss my situation at his office yesterday. People make mistakes and I understand that. Our situation was taken care of and I couldn't be more thankful of the way this was handled. Dr. Perry you run a tight ship and I can now say that my family will be back! 🙂 I have used Lanier Urgent Care several times in the past and have been impressed with the staff, however, when I took my daughter yesterday we were met with an unprofessional and immature doctor (Dr. London). I was asked why I was making "a face" when I was listening to my daughter describe her symptoms and my daughter was called "a chicken" when she refused a COVID test. The doctors office is the last place you should be judged or berated. I am very disappointed in their care and WILL NOT BE BACK!

I've been coming here since 2008. I love the staff, providers, and the dogs. I miss seeing Ruckus during my visits, but Rowdy and Sherlock are both amazing and make visiting the doctor a treat rather than so much of a chore. I am usually in and out of the office in less than an hour and most of the time in under 30 minutes. If you have a sinus infection ask your provider for the fantastic nose spray they make. It really helps!

We went to the Urgent Care center for a COVID test for my son, who was leaving for Italy in 48 hours and had to have negative results to provide to the airline before he could board his plane. All I can say is I was amazed. It was a long wait, which we expected.. but Brian went out of his way to make sure he contacted me as soon as the results were in .... very much appreciate all he did to help my son get his results in time!!!

Ok sooooo I went to GUC last night around 6:30. Easy to find as I'm familiar with the area. Due to covid regulations, you have to call before just walking in. I kinda like that actually. Could sit in my truck comfortably and stay warm 😊Answered the phone immediately. Spoke with a nice lady and I told her the reason for my call. She gave me the process for onboarding and paperwork. They actually brought the paperwork to my truck and I was able to pay right from my vehicle. They give this little device that similar to the device they give you at a restaurant when your table is ready...lol. That little puppy is loud lol. Came on in and went straight to my room. The intake nurse was super sweet. And I need the name of the music station that was playing when I arrived. Played all my jams 👌🏾😊👌🏾. I think the doc's name was Courtney. Really nice and thorough with her questions and exam. Had to get bloodwork and xrays so Brian took care of that (and think he was responsible for the music playing 👌🏾Nice tats too 😊). Very professional as well. Was there barely an hour honestly. Was comfortable with my diagnosis from the doc, who gave great aftercare instructions. Today I'm alot more at ease as I'm headed to pick up my prescription in a bit (which they called in for me). Needed a little break away from the house and some alone time, even if it was just to the doc's office 😔 Covid sucks man. Anywho, who woulda thought a trip to the doc would have been this pleasant?? 🤷🏾‍♀️😊🤷🏾‍♀️I might have to send these guys some goodies to the office or something. They're great 🥰😍🥰

I went in for a sore throat and not a COVID test, but they were jam-packed. I waited 2 hours in my car to be called, but I do want to stress that it's not their fault - it's COVID's. Everyone I met with was super nice, despite it being closing time (8 PM). Pro-tip for people who plan to go. When you get there, do not go in. Just call them from the parking lot and let them know you've arrived, and they'll add you to the list to be called. I felt kind of dumb just walking in lol.

Amazing staff and make you feel like they really do care about the patient. Organization was a good as Chick-fil-a handling big crowds. Testing done for people who are scared and nervous. Thanks and keep it up.

Got in quickly for an ingrown toenail to be cut out and I just moved here from Alabama and he went ahead and refilled my medications for me! Super friendly staff!
