When I have to visit a Dr. This IS the place I will go. No appointment necessary...first come, first served. Just be aware, the more crowded the waiting room, the longer the wait. What I like: They TAKE time to LISTEN and try to get to the bottom of your illness, pain, etc. Then medicate as needed. I LOVE that the Dr takes his two dogs to work every day, Ruckus and Rowdy (one black & one brown). I believe Spaniel breed. One timid & Shy, the other quite friendly and will sit with you through your exam if you don't mind...Me, I LOVED IT!!! And would never keep me from returning for another visit! Hope you never need their services...but if you do...I don't think you will be disappointed!! Stay well!

So, I have a LONG story, however I went here hoping it wouldn't take the average 4 hours it takes Kaiser. I felt horrible, and didn't have the strength for Kaiser. I was in and out in 1 hour ( including filling out paperwork). Most importantly, they listened to me, and diagnosed appropriately (at least I feel). I want to go here for EVERYTHING, and don't want to go back to Kaiser 🙁

Clean waiting room. Kind and friendly front desk staff. Short wait. Efficient medical team. Good listeners. Aggressive approach to care. This was my first time here and I'm sure it won't be my last!

I really like this facility. Everyone is caring and considerate! I use them more than my primary care doctor! They were so nice to my mom last week and me yesterday. We are relocating to MO and will miss them. Especially the doggie doctors!!

I love everyone on staff here! They are quick and treat everyone like family!

I've been to Gwinnett Urgent Care for the past four times requiring a doctor's attention. Twice for my son, and twice for me. Doctors were so thorough (more thorough than my regular primary physician, I should add). They treated us with patience, listened, and took the time to talk with us. We didn't feel rushed out the door, and that our time there was important. We were very well cared for and I appreciate that so much.

Excellent care, excellent staff, clean facility, great care for the entire family!
