Front desk friendly, PA friendly and knowledgeable. MA NOT. I tried to give her friendly advice to show more compassion to patients by smiling. Patients come in with white coat syndrome and they need the MA to show that they are approachable and caring. She didn’t look at me or smile once until I told her. Then she smirked at me while she is drawing my blood😬. She was trained on the job because I asked her what school she got her training and she said she did not go to school for training. That is why I became an MA myself, because patients deserve compassion and great healthcare together!!! I’m an no long working but I guess I expect more from a health care professional. 😬. She was young young i guess.....

Dr. Perry and his staff are always knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, efficient. Our family visits them on more occasions than we see our own PCPs because we know we’ll be able to get in, get out, and get better. We’re so glad to have them in our neighborhood!

The efficiency of the entire process. I've been a patient for over 4yrs, and I've always felt well taken care of. I've also received follow up/well-check phone calls.

I had my 4th visit in about a month yesterday to this office and I can’t say enough positive things about them. The front office staff is friendly, even when you walk in one hour before they are about to close and you know everyone is ready to go home. Also, they show grace under pressure and kindness to everyone. The nurses are great and if you’re luck there’s a beautiful golden there which can make anything better including pink eye or the the flu The day before Christmas. My most recent visit was with their female provider, I’m bad with names so I apologize for not being able to call her by name. Out of the last 4 visits she has been my provider 3 of those times. Her bedside manner is awesome. She makes you feel like you aren’t crazy even when you have vertigo for the first time which can make you feel like you are crazy. She truly listens to everything you have to say and makes eye contact the entire time. She takes your concerns seriously and runs the right tests. And she will answer any questions about medicine you are being prescribed. Most Urgent care facilities are hand you your meds and say goodbye before you can get a word out. But not here! While they are quick and efficient they take their time where it counts. I just wanted to give kudos to the hardworking staff and let them know how much I appreciate each and every one from every step of my visit.

LOVE THIS PLACE AS WELL AS THE STAFF. IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY, BUT THEY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOU AND I DIDNT FELL RUSHED AT ALL...

We were in and out (including wait time) about an hour. They were nice staff and helped get me checked in quickly. I had a UTI during pregnancy and I was worried they wouldn't be able to treat me or prescribe a pregnancy-safe prescription but they were. They accepted Aetna so that was good for me. It's a pretty clean facility and not too busy since it's not in a busy plaza. Would recommend this urgent car above others in the area!

Professional, kind and thorough. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Perry has been nothing short of wonderful. From knee injuries to flu to faxing doctors notes they have ALWAYS been on point. If they have ever had a bad day there, I haven’t seen it. A huge comfort to have this office around. Keep up the great work.
