Impressed from the moment I walked in. It’s a very nice, clean facility. The girls at the front desk were friendly as well the nurse that took me back. Dr Perry saw me in a very timely manner and was friendly as well as thorough. He explained in detail my diagnosis and treatment. I’ve found my urgent care for future needs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Gainesville!

UPDATE: I did return and the front desk is kind, but the policy of turning people away who are in “urgent” need, stinks. Insurance cards can be picked up later or paid later. Just a reminder that the health care system is about making money first, people’s health comes second. Been here before. It’s not terrible, but recently had severe chest tightness and was turned away because I was missing my physical insurance card. Having family / relatives that have passed from heart attacks I am concerned. Example of people’s inability to adapt. I am insured, am my health shouldn’t be tied to a sheet of paper. The business of “care” sucks.

I’ve been here multiple time since moving to Gainesville. The staff have always been tentative to my needs. I’ve always felt they do more than a typical urgent care. This will always be my go to urgent care.

Best Urgent Care out there. Amazing staff. Front desk was super helpful and sweet, even on the phone (which is rare in an urgent care). Nurse Jamie is very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Perry saw me quickly but also took the time to listen to my complaints and help me. He is also stellar at patient education. I’m so glad I listened to the good reviews on this urgent care and chose to go here. Thank you, Lanier Urgent Care! By the way, your dogs are adorable.

This is honestly one of the best urgent care practices I’ve been too. Staff is friendly, and Dr.Perry is awesome! They are quick and efficient. Clean practice as well. The therapy dogs are so cute 😭

My daughter has an allergic reaction and the team worked quickly and efficiently to treat her. The office is clean and beautiful. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

We have been here multiple times and always been pleased but today, I brought my teenage daughter after a terrible experience at hospital associated urgent care and the staff was amazing! Everyone from the nurse to the PA student to the PA really listened to her, performed appropriate tests and was able to give us a “pneumonia” diagnosis within a short time. I feel like this diagnosis was fairly easily made because they actually listened to her rather that just running a battery of standard tests given to everyone regardless of symptoms. Thank you for showing genuine care!!

Went for what I thought was a sprain, but after the X-ray, found I had 1 brake and 2 fractures. Got in pretty quick, no waiting, X-ray tech super nice, Dr. Or NP was excellent, caring and listened and explained everything very well! Very happy with the service! The only thing is the website still says they take United Health Care but they don't. Not their fault, I know it's been an ongoing issue with anyone affiliated with the Hospital.
