Cannot say enough good things about this place. I had the flu earlier this week, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The receptionist was friendly, the nurse who took my vitals was super nice and helpful, and the provider actually came to my room after being in there for only 5 minutes. She was also very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. My best urgent care experience and it’s not even close!

Front desk friendly, PA friendly and knowledgeable. MA NOT. I tried to give her friendly advice to show more compassion to patients by smiling. Patients come in with white coat syndrome and they need the MA to show that they are approachable and caring. She didn’t look at me or smile once until I told her. Then she smirked at me while she is drawing my blood😬. She was trained on the job because I asked her what school she got her training and she said she did not go to school for training. That is why I became an MA myself, because patients deserve compassion and great healthcare together!!! I’m an no long working but I guess I expect more from a health care professional. 😬. She was young young i guess.....

The efficiency of the entire process. I've been a patient for over 4yrs, and I've always felt well taken care of. I've also received follow up/well-check phone calls.

LOVE THIS PLACE AS WELL AS THE STAFF. IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY, BUT THEY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOU AND I DIDNT FELL RUSHED AT ALL...

Really nice and professional staff ftom start to finish.

I've been battling a head cold that has been getting steadily worse over the past 2 weeks. I wasn't too concerned until last night when my chest was aching so bad that it hurt all the way through to my back. I've never had pneumonia, and thought maybe that was what was going on. When I woke up this morning it was much worse, so I bit the bullet and went to LUC. I got in quickly, and they took great care of me. I can't remember when a doctor took such care to explain what was going on and why I was getting sicker. They gave me a shot, set me up with prescriptions at my local pharmacy, and gave me a breathing treatment to get my cough under control. Every single person I met there was super nice. I am sitting here typing this at 11 p.m., and I am feeling soooo much better I can't even believe it. I highly recommend this facility if you need fast medical attention! Great staff!!

Great experience! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even have therapy dogs while you get your treatment. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed. Finding great quality care in medicine can be challenging these days and this team was GREAT.
