This urgent care is great! The staff is super friendly and their level of efficiency is unmatched. Everything was seamless. The doctor introduced himself by first name Elliott, and was very pleasant, attentive and honest. He decided the medical treatment quickly and I was on my way to the pharmacy but I never felt like I was being rushed out of the place. The energy of this urgent care is great and seems like everyone I encountered really loves their job they also listen to some pretty great music too. I cannot even explain how relieved I am to have found this place. No one wants to have to go to urgent care often but it’s good to know there’s an exceptional one just a few miles away.

This urgent care is great! All of the staff was very friendly and efficient. I got there, waited maybe 10 minutes, was seen and gone. I would definitely go there again!

Jordan was absolutely amazing! Due to the nature of the test I have refused to get tested for covid. A big swab shoved up my sinuses? No thanks! Unfortunately I had to do it, and let me tell you! She was so nice and gentle it wasn't bad at all! So thankful for her gentle kindness! If you need urgent care, I highly recommend this place! Staff is amazing!

The staff at Gwinnett Urgent has been so friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful even though they are swamped with patients. The program is very efficiently run.

I’ve used Gwinnett Urgent for myself a few times & always been pleased. But, this weekend I needed to use their practice for my 9yo son, as he woke feeling bad with a sore throat. He has a lot of anxiety about strep tests, so he was super anxious when we arrived. But, Gwinnett Urgent had a quick and seamless process to sign in & wait in our car. When our buzzer went off our nurse was AMAZING with my son. He had such a calm and patient demeanor - immediately listening not to me but my son. Talking calmly and quietly, explaining everything. His explanation of the strep test included a silly demo & giving my son his own swab. It really helped him calm and cope. That level of care and ease continued with our NP Nicolai- calm, friendly and patient. He talked to my son, explained each step & asked permission to examine ears, etc. They both made a hard experience much easier & my son was calm and amazing at the time of his swab!! To top it off the staff clapped and cheered for him when he did so well! It really meant a lot! Great care but even better quality staff!! So grateful they were there for us when our pediatricians office was closed!

Great staff and procedures. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They’re affordable and very efficient
