This is the best place ever if you need a doctor. Fast, compassionate and proactive.

Brought my daughter, Jordan, in Tuesday after she sustained injuries skateboarding. I have to say I was again blown away by the friendly and caring staff. I mean you can really tell that they GENUINELY care about their patients and enjoy what they do. It is so rare these days. They were kind, friendly, funny, very informative, and I witnessed teamwork like I am not used to seeing these days. What a warm, welcoming, and wonderful staff they have there. They are doing things right!! From the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors, everyone has a high level of efficacy, professionalism, and great "bedside manner". Alas, this review would not be complete without mentioning "Emma" the beloved and adorable therapy dog. For an otherwise stressful situation for both my daughter and me (I was a worried mom), her presence was a nice and welcome surprise! I truly love this place! I don't wish to ever have too many occasions to have to return (other than to drop in and say hello); but if I do find the need for care, this is going to be my first stop. I cannot recall another time I ever left a medical facility with a smile on my face - so weird!

I have had two EXCELLENT experiences at Gwinnett Urgent Care! They are efficient, polite, thorough. The office is clean & well organized. It is very clear that they take pride in their work & care for their patients. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I've been here twice and have loved it. I was treated within 30 minutes of arriving and given great service.

The experience from the front desk to the check out of my walk-in visit was awesome. I didn't catch the names of the administrators, but they were very nice. They seemed to recognize me from previous visits, which always make you feel at ease. The staff has been there for quite awhile, which is always a testament of the leadership. Chris took care of me right away. She listened and made sure to explain everything that she was doing. Olivia came in after to do the exam. She really listened, again I love the fact that she explained everything and made sure to allow me to have some say in my treatment plan. Finally Alex and the check out team finished up to make sure I left with everything I needed to feel better. I did this all today at lunch time ( so they stopped to take care of me, I am sure during their only slow time ) and I already feel better. My ear and throat do not throb anymore. Thanks guys! You rock!!

Mandy is awesome! Just had the tele-consult and she was able to get me the meds I need without me coming in. Hello, amazing!!! Will definitely be back!

Very quick and friendly service. Will continue to use them instead of the other urgent cares in town.
