Always fast and great care! Dr Perry and his staff take the time needed to help.

The experience from the front desk to the check out of my walk-in visit was awesome. I didn't catch the names of the administrators, but they were very nice. They seemed to recognize me from previous visits, which always make you feel at ease. The staff has been there for quite awhile, which is always a testament of the leadership. Chris took care of me right away. She listened and made sure to explain everything that she was doing. Olivia came in after to do the exam. She really listened, again I love the fact that she explained everything and made sure to allow me to have some say in my treatment plan. Finally Alex and the check out team finished up to make sure I left with everything I needed to feel better. I did this all today at lunch time ( so they stopped to take care of me, I am sure during their only slow time ) and I already feel better. My ear and throat do not throb anymore. Thanks guys! You rock!!

Mandy is awesome! Just had the tele-consult and she was able to get me the meds I need without me coming in. Hello, amazing!!! Will definitely be back!

The staff and doctor are so friendly. They make you feel welcome and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office. I live in Lawrenceville but it's well worth the drive!

I decided to use Lanier Urgent Care based on the positive reviews and because my experience with my local urgent care has always been terrible. Even though it is a bit of a drive from Jefferson, I will only be using Lanier Urgent Care from now on. The office was very clean, and my wait time was less than five minutes before I was called back. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, and the nurse was caring and very nice. I saw the PA, Caleb. He was very thorough, and listened to my concerns. I was treated quickly and thoroughly. He took the time to explain everything and wrote down exactly how I needed to take my medicine. When I went to get my prescriptions, my pharmacy was out of one of the medications, and they told me the RX would need to be re-submitted to another pharmacy. I called the urgent care to explain, and they immediately sent it to another pharmacy. I was beyond impressed with their efficiency and their care. They treated me like a person rather than just trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. I was met by Doc, the therapy puppy, when I checked out. He immediately put a smile on my face. All Urgent Care facilities should be managed and operated with the concern and care that I received at Lanier. A+++! You have my business from now on.

Our family loves Gwinnett Urgent Care. We always know they will treat us well and truly care. The wait time is always less than 15 mins and the staff are a true example of professionalism and very thorough. Have recommended to friends and colleagues.

I have come here numerous times, along with my family members. The staff here is efficient and friendly, the facility is super clean and the healthcare team listen and help come up with plans to bring you into better health. I highly reccomend!
