My son hurt his arm at school and needed an x-ray to see if it was broken. The staff were very friendly and professional; they treated both me and my son with respect. I had to call back in to see about getting some pain medicine and they were prompt in finding a solution.

Prompt, professional, friendly, and helped me start feeling better fast. I will definitely use them again.

I would like to thank Dr. Perry and his wonderful staff and sweet pups for the wonderful and sweet care I got while in town today. I am from Florida and visiting my mom and got sick and I have NEVER been to such a wonderful doctor's office as this one, and I have to go to so many all the time. Him and his staff were so welcoming and so sweet. I can't thank him enough. 💜

I love going to Gwinnett Urgent Care. The staff is very friendly. We are always in and out in now time. I choose them over my family physician usually!

When I have to visit a Dr. This IS the place I will go. No appointment necessary...first come, first served. Just be aware, the more crowded the waiting room, the longer the wait. What I like: They TAKE time to LISTEN and try to get to the bottom of your illness, pain, etc. Then medicate as needed. I LOVE that the Dr takes his two dogs to work every day, Ruckus and Rowdy (one black & one brown). I believe Spaniel breed. One timid & Shy, the other quite friendly and will sit with you through your exam if you don't mind...Me, I LOVED IT!!! And would never keep me from returning for another visit! Hope you never need their services...but if you do...I don't think you will be disappointed!! Stay well!

BEST Urgent Care facility I have ever been to! Super quick, no waiting around at all. Was in the exam room within 5 minutes of walking in. Very efficient and friendly staff. I came in with flu symptoms. The PA (who was super sweet, informative, and caring) listened patiently to all my symptoms and concerns and recommended a blood test to determine the most accurate diagnosis. Nurse came in to draw blood, I have a needle-phobia but I was trying to tough it out and get it over with. The nurse was super sweet and helpful trying to talk me through it, but I ended up passing out. Literally seconds later 2 nurses and the PA had ice all over me making sure I was okay. Obviously I was super embarrassed, but they made me feel a lot better and encouraged me that it was a perfectly normal occurrence. Blood test confirmed I had the flu, and the PA was very kind and informative about what I needed to do and how to use the prescriptions she was giving me. I usually dread going to the doctor, but this staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and feeling 100% again! Will definitely drive out of my way to come back if ever needed.
