The staff was great and they were very efficient. The doctor was very thorough.

Clean waiting room. Kind and friendly front desk staff. Short wait. Efficient medical team. Good listeners. Aggressive approach to care. This was my first time here and I'm sure it won't be my last!

As a first time visitor I was in, accurately diagnosed, treated and out the door in under an hour. Everyone I met was happy and professional. This place deserves the excellent rating, I would highly recommend.

I really like this facility. Everyone is caring and considerate! I use them more than my primary care doctor! They were so nice to my mom last week and me yesterday. We are relocating to MO and will miss them. Especially the doggie doctors!!

I've been to Gwinnett Urgent Care for the past four times requiring a doctor's attention. Twice for my son, and twice for me. Doctors were so thorough (more thorough than my regular primary physician, I should add). They treated us with patience, listened, and took the time to talk with us. We didn't feel rushed out the door, and that our time there was important. We were very well cared for and I appreciate that so much.
