Best urgent care facility I've been to. Above all expectations. Facility is nice and comfortable. Best part is the staff. They are very well educated and take the time to answer questions and explain things logically without using heavy medical jargon.

Over the last month, my daughter, son, and boyfriend have been treated quickly and very well by Dr Perry's group. He saw my daughter at closing time and still took all the time he needed to find her diagnosis, did two X-rays and even an ultrasound before prescribing exactly what she needed. Olivia saw my son for an ankle injury and Mandy saw my boyfriend for a kidney stone/infection. They also were awesome and "right on" with their treatment. We have an Emory primary dr for annual physicals but have trusted Dr Perry's office for everything else the last 7 years and especially weekends. I have sent my friends and family there too because they aggressively diagnose and treat the problem without a long wait time so we can get beck on track with our everyday life activities ! I have to also mention the front office staff are very courteous and professional as well. We will continue driving from Grayson to be treated here! Thank you Dr. Perry for providing an excellent urgent care office .

I have had to see Dr Perry and the PA's there multiple times over the last 3 years. 3 visits in just the last 3 weeks. Have never had a long wait and the staff is amazing and super friendly. Love Ruckus and Rowdy, too! I have often gone in on my lunch break and have made it back to work onon time. They take the time to listen and address all issues and concerns and I have been diagnosed and treated accurately. Their on site X-ray machine is a huge bonus! I've recommended them to my co-workers many times. 5+ deserving stars in every category!

I have used Gwinnett Urgent Care twice instead of going to my PCP or the ER. Both times I was seen promptly and got a direct and accurate diagnosis with proper treatment and medication. There on sight x ray unit is a big plus. My company now will be using them for our Insurance bio metric screenings. I will use them as needed in the future. Great facility and staff.

Dr Perry was amazing and made my boyfriend completely comfortable. Staff was friendly and love this place!!!

The best experience I've ever had a doctor's office in general. I really appreciated the compassion and efficiency I was seen. After initially going to another clinic for treatment where they did not take my condition seriously and made me wait for two hours in extreme pain, I couldn't be more pleased with Gwinnett Urgent Care's service! Keep up the good work!!

totally impressed !! My visit was on a Sunday afternoon and they were totally slammed! But this did not affect the personnel there- you can tell everyone there loves what they do ! The front desk was incredibly friendly and warm welcoming-and the new patient paperwork was easily completed in 5 mins. I was called back in no time by a wonderful MA. He was notably caring and very sympathetic to my condition. Dr Perry attended to me and was truly awesome. His diagnosis and prescribed treatment was spot on, to my complicated condition. Everything you would want in a Doctor....made me feel like his only patient, great bed side manner, experienced, good listener ! ~~ In my next 2 follow up visits I was treated by their wonderful PA's, who were equally as good ! I highly recommend this bright, cheery, very clean, high tech facility !

Son fractured his thumb playing baseball on Friday, July 4th weekend. I took him to Urgent Care, got there 15 minutes before they opened. There were already a group of cars waiting. I resigned myself this was going to take a while. Got in, was pleasantly greeted right away. Filled out my forms, we were back and getting x-rays within minutes of handing in our forms. All said and done. Opened at 10AM, we were out by 11!! AND!!!!.....every person we met there was as bubbly, and pleasant as anyone could ever expect. As we sat there with the bad news about his thumb, I told the PA, "I know this is a sad visit. But wow, you guys are great and I just wanna stay longer" I would say every medical transaction should make you feel like this. THANK YOU
