Usually you don't have to wait very long to be seen. Quick and efficient, staff are nice and tvs are hung around for distraction for both kids and adults. Hand sanitizer and face masks are out to help protect each other. I prefer taking my toddler here than the local pediatric urgent care, this team is more knowledgeable and welcoming.

I would recommend this office to anyone. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors, to check out, everyone makes you feel very taken care of. I came in two days after being at a previous urgent care with a high fever, body aches, and throwing up and felt so much worse the next few days following the first visit. Previous facility told me I had a UTI, and after coming to this place we realized I had pneumonia, bacteria infection, and high white blood count. The previous facility just prescribed a extremely high dosage of prescription medicine (that has horrible side effects) and sent me out the door feeling worse than when I came in. I came to this practice Sunday afternoon and now It has been less than 24 hours of leaving this place and I feel 1000x better than I have felt in days. Their doctor was so thorough from blood work, to x rays, to kidney exam, and more that he made sure to check off all the possibilities. Everyone was so understanding and on top of things. hearing my results at this practice after being told I "just had a UTI" I knew this facility knew exactly what they were doing and truly care about their patients. I would recommend this place to ANYONE. We do not even live near here, drove 25 min after hearing how great their team is. A ++++ it's so reassuring to see practices like this that still take their job so serious and give patients the time of day.... Better than any visit to a doctor I have had!

Love them! My kids always get hurt or sick after regular pediatrician hours and weekends. Always a great experience!

110% customer service

Great customer service from the front desk, to the PA's to the MD's. Facility is moder. Check in process is easy and typically they get you in and out! I love this urgent care office. I travel 25 miles out of my way, past other urgent cares offices to let them take care of me.

My husband and I absolutely absolutely adore this place. <3 Dr. Perry and his staff are respectful, friendly, considerate, professional, and VERY good at what they do. They are always always our first doctor to go to whenever we get a nasty cold or flu and we never needed a second doctor because they are THAT good. (We've been seeing them since 2011). I am so grateful that we live close enough to visit them and we know we are in good hands and will be taken good care of, which by itself makes getting sick just a little less uncomfortable. The waiting time is reasonable and the prescription Dr. Perry gives us has always been incredibly effective and fast acting. I cannot thank him enough just thinking about all the big projects and presentations at work I only managed to pull through with the help of his medicine. Oh did I mention his wonderful wonderful dogs Ruckus and Rowdy? They are such obedient, sweet, gentle, and understanding dogs - I swear they could read minds and sense the anxiety and nervousness in the patients and they'd gently walk up to you and lovingly lay their soft heads on your knees. Just looking into their calm and caring eyes makes me relaxed and feel at peace. They are the beautiful and fluffy guardians of this office. 🙂 This is a fantastic clinic and we are very blessed to have found them. Thank you Dr. Perry and your team. <3 <3 <3

Simply blown away. I have recently moved down to GA from Vermont, where I had the same Dr. for almost two decades. The same clinic for 17 years, where you are known by everyone, and it is a friendly, welcoming, almost homey feeling experience. I cannot say I have come anywhere close to that feeling and environment down here in GA, and I have been many place, until today. For starters, the building is incredibly clean, the waiting area has incredibly comfortable seating, and although I do not have children, I must mention that the have a "Kids Cave" with gaming consoles and TV's to make the wait all the easier. As for the wait... Well, granted it was not busy, I waited about THREE minutes from the time I finished filling out paperwork until I was brought back. The staff, every single one of them, were incredible. The receptionist whom I first spoke to, Lindsey I believe, was very helpful and informative to the situation I was in. Then the receptionist who greeted me was a sweetheart and friendly as well. The nurses, one whom was training I believe, were friendly, funny, warm in their attitude and energy, all around fantastic. They spent the time to talk, not just run down a list, with me, which was very refreshing. As for my Dr., Jarrad if I recall correctly, he was a very to the point, no bull crap younger guy. He spoke to me on a peer to peer level, not as if I were some Neanderthal trying to learn how to put on a Band-Aid. He was not only informative to my situation, but was able to laugh and be jovial with me, after meeting me mere minutes ago. All in all, this was a, literally, perfect experience. I am a tattoo'd, bearded guy, and people are quick to judge, but here, I was treated with respect and actually received a compliment on my most recent tattoo. Utterly blown away, I will certainly be visiting ONLY Gwinnet Urgent Care for all the needs they are able to handle. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in the medicinal field!
